WHAT WE DO
What We Do
From bouncing ideas around to post-launch operations. We help with just what you need, just as much as you need.
01
New Service Development
From the idea stage through requirements, design, app/web/server development and release. We also take on prototypes and validation alone.
02
Technical Advisor
We stay on your Slack and answer everyday questions about technology choices, architecture, code review and more. We also help with engineering hiring (defining requirements and interviews).
03
Reviving Existing Services
Code quality improvements, paying down technical debt, scaling. We rebuild a running service without stopping it.
04
Building Development Teams
Drawing on experience as CTO at three companies, we help establish development processes and culture. We can also join as “the first person”.
Four ways to work together.
Beyond fixed-scope projects, we can join your team on contract or do a one-off session. Switching between them along the way is fine too.
Leave the whole thing to us
We decide the requirements together and take on everything from design through development and release.
Join your team and build together
We write code as a member of your development team, for the period and hours you need. Working style is open to discussion.
A technical advisor on your Slack
Under an ongoing contract we stay on Slack. As someone you can ask the moment something comes up, we help with decisions and reviews.
A brainstorming session, from just once
Design reviews, sanity checks on estimates, advice on technology choices and more. One-off is fine, drop us a line.
OUR PRODUCTS
We build our own products, too.
We build fun products that make use of the technology we have built up. Please give them a try.
